A doctoral thesis was discussed in the Department of Business Administration on “The Role of Able Leadership in Enhancing Employee Creative Behavior – The Mediating Role of Human Resource Reengineering.”

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul hosted on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, doctoral dissertation discussion entitled:
“The Role of Able Leadership in Enhancing Employee Creative Behavior – The Mediating Role of Human Resource Reengineering: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Faculty Members at the University of Mosul.”
The discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, Professor Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and the Assistant for Academic Affairs.
The study aimed to explore the nature of the relationship between the research variables (independent, mediating, and dependent) in terms of interdependence and influence at the macro and micro levels, thus contributing to revealing the trends of this relationship within the university environment under study.
The researcher reached a number of conclusions, most notably: There is a positive and significant correlation and direct effect between both skillful leadership and human resource reengineering, individually, on employee creative behavior. The study also demonstrated the partial mediating role played by human resource reengineering in the indirect and significant effect of skillful leadership on enhancing the creative behavior of university employees.
