College of Administration and Economics

The Council of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul held its regular session on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, and in the presence of all members of the Council.
The Council discussed a range of issues of importance in the context of preparing for the current semester, where it was stressed the need to prepare the scientific departments for the evaluation exams in cooperation with Al-Hadba University, in addition to early preparation for the final exams for the second course of the academic year 2024-2025, scheduled for the fourth of next May, in line with the approved university calendar.

It was also stressed to enhance the culture of quality in the university environment, by educating students and teachers about its importance in improving academic performance, and calling on departments to intensify efforts in this field.

The Council also discussed the development of an integrated plan for holding workshops, seminars, and scientific conferences, especially those with an international dimension, in order to contribute to supporting scientific activity in the college and opening new horizons for academic cooperation.

The session concluded by stressing the need to follow up the implementation of lectures in preliminary and postgraduate studies by heads of departments, and to ensure that the educational process proceeds in accordance with the quality standards adopted by international universities.
