The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul organizes a training course on Arabic language skills in official correspondence.

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Professor Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, the college organized a specialized training course as part of the Continuing Education Unit’s activities. The course was titled:
“Proficiency in Arabic Language in Official Correspondence: Towards Effective Communication.”
The course took place from Monday, April 14 to April 16, 2025.

The course topics were presented by the following lecturers:

Assistant Lecturer Saja Ismail Ibrahim

Assistant Lecturer Mona Nizar Saleh

The course aimed to develop the language skills of college members and raise the level of phrasing in official correspondence, which has a direct impact on improving administrative performance and communication within academic and administrative institutions.
The course covered several aspects, including the basic rules for writing official letters, drafting letters and memos in a professional manner, and correcting common linguistic errors.

At the conclusion of the course, attendees expressed their appreciation for the organizational efforts and the scientific and practical content presented by the lecture team. They emphasized the importance of continuing such courses, which contribute to enhancing linguistic proficiency and effective professional communication.
