Discussion of a Master’s Thesis in the Department of Industrial Management on “The Contribution of the Six Critical Success Factors to Establishing a Hybrid Supply Chain.”

The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul discussed on Monday 28 April 2025 ,a master’s thesis entitled “The Contribution of the Six Critical Success Factors to Establishing a Hybrid Supply Chain: A Survey Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees at the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries,” submitted by student Aisha Talib Abbas.
The study sought to demonstrate the impact of technological developments, including the introduction of new technologies into production processes, as well as global political and economic changes, on changing the industrial landscape of many companies. This calls for the search for new concepts and methods to help companies adapt to these transformations.
The study reached several conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a significant correlation and influence between the six critical success factors in establishing a hybrid supply chain.
