Under the patronage of the esteemed President of the University of Mosul, Professor Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Mathematics, Professor Duha Bashir Abdullah, the Cybersecurity Department organized the “Season of Scientific Productions by Cybersecurity Department Students” event in the University Theater Hall on Monday and Tuesday, April 28-29, 2025.
The event was attended by the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Sinan Zuhair Muhammad, who praised the great efforts made by the students and their professors in presenting distinguished scientific projects that reflect their high skills and readiness to enter the cybersecurity job market.
The scientific season included the presentation of a number of research projects and modern software applications, which addressed various topics in the fields of data protection, artificial intelligence, and digital forensics, amidst great interaction from the audience.
At the conclusion of the event, the organizers affirmed their continued support for outstanding students and their encouragement of innovative scientific research, noting the importance of holding such events periodically to enhance students’ capabilities and keep pace with rapid developments in the field of cybersecurity.
