Central Evaluation Exams Under Direct Supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education… The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul Efficiently Carries Out its Tasks and Oversees Exams at the Universities of Mosul and Al-Hadbaa

On the morning of Saturday, May 10, 2025, the central evaluation exams for subjects under the Committee of Administrative and Economic Specializations were conducted in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. These exams were directly supervised by specialized committees from the ministry’s headquarters, who monitored the exam process in all colleges of administration and economics across Iraqi universities—both public and private—via the Zoom Meeting platform.

The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul had completed all logistical and technical preparations for the exams by Friday evening. Under the supervision of the Dean, Prof. Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, and with the participation of the assistant deans for scientific and administrative affairs as well as the heads of scientific departments, the committee prepared and sealed the exam questions, arranged the answer sheets (Bubble Sheets) and attendance lists, and provided all necessary supplies.

As the college is responsible for supervising the evaluation exams at Al-Hadbaa University College, all exam materials were delivered to the university on Saturday morning after being fully prepared by the college’s designated committee.

At the University of Mosul, exams were conducted in the following departments:

Business Administration Department: The Financial Management 2 exam was administered to third-year students in both morning and evening studies, with a total of 371 students distributed across 8 large halls.

Accounting Department: The Managerial Accounting exam was administered to fourth-year students in both morning and evening studies, with 250 students distributed across 12 examination halls.

The exam process was carried out smoothly and in a calm environment, supported by well-prepared exam settings and all necessary logistical services. There was full adherence to monitoring and supervision procedures.

Each examination hall was monitored by three faculty members in person, in addition to centralized camera surveillance, with direct follow-up by department heads and rapporteurs, and under the supervision of the college dean.

This initiative is part of the ministry’s efforts to enhance academic rigor and unify academic standards across colleges of administration and economics throughout Iraq.
