Master’s Thesis in the Department of Business Administration Discusses “The Role of Entrepreneurial Leadership in Enhancing Strategic Capabilities of Organizations: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in the Nineveh Traffic Directorate” On Monday, May 26, 2025,

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed a master’s thesis entitled:
“The Role of Entrepreneurial Leadership in Enhancing Strategic Capabilities of Organizations: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in the Nineveh Traffic Directorate.”
The study, submitted by the student Ahmed Nadim Sheet Al-Hayali, aimed to determine the strength and nature of the relationship between the independent variable, represented by the style of entrepreneurial leadership, and the dependent variable, represented by strategic capabilities. It also sought to examine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable at both overall and partial levels.
The study reached several conclusions, most notably the emergence of correlations between entrepreneurial leadership and its dimensions with the strategic capabilities within the organization under study. Moreover, it confirmed a significant impact exerted by this leadership style on the various types of strategic capabilities identified in the research.
The examination committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Thabet Jasem, and included Assistant Professor Dr. Iman Basheer Mohammed, and Assistant Professor Dr. Yasser Daoud Suleiman from the Northern Technical University / Technical Administrative College / Mosul, with Assistant Professor Dr. Ayman Jasem Mohammed serving as the thesis advisor and a committee member.
