Dean of the College of Administration and Economics Chairs Restructuring Committee Meeting to Reassign Staff Based on Needs and Job Descriptions
On the morning of Monday, June 2, 2025, a meeting was held at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul, chaired by Professor Dr. Sinan Zuheir Mohammed Jameel, Dean of the College. The meeting was attended by the Administrative Assistant Dean, several faculty members, the Director of the Human Resources Division, and the Director of the Legal Division, as part of the ongoing work of the committee tasked with restructuring and reallocating staff within the college.
The discussion focused on identifying the most pressing needs of administrative units, departments, and divisions experiencing staff shortages. The committee reviewed mechanisms to address these gaps by reallocating staff members based on their official job descriptions and accumulated experience, with the goal of improving administrative efficiency and expediting task completion.
The committee also emphasized the importance of aligning human resources with actual work requirements, ensuring a fair and thoughtful distribution of responsibilities within a cohesive administrative structure that supports the college’s academic and institutional goals.
