In a Direct Field Follow-Up… Dean of the College of Administration and Economics Oversees Progress of SIS and HR Systems and Commends Speed and Accuracy of Execution

As part of the ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of administrative and student services, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul, conducted a field visit on Monday, June 23, 2025, to monitor the progress of work carried out by several specialized technical committees.

Accompanied by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, the Dean’s tour included a visit to both the morning and evening registration units to review the progress of the “SIS” (Student Information System) Committee responsible for documenting student data.

Indicators revealed that the work had reached advanced stages, despite a noticeable increase in the number of students requesting academic documents during this period. This necessitated a strong focus on speed and accuracy, in alignment with the college’s commitment to delivering high-quality academic and administrative services.

The Dean also followed up on the work of the “HR” (Human Resources System) Committee, tasked with documenting the data of college staff. The review showed that the committee had completed a significant portion of the first phase of the project, despite its multi-phase nature—demonstrating a high level of seriousness and commitment in task execution.

During the visit, the Dean emphasized the importance of overcoming all obstacles and providing the necessary support to ensure the completion of the work within the set timelines. He affirmed that these efforts would contribute to strengthening the college’s digital transformation and support the creation of a modern university environment aligned with current technological and administrative advancements.
