In Preparation for the Competitive Examination Day…
Dean of the College of Administration and Economics Conducts Field Follow-Up on the Achievements of the Postgraduate Studies Division and Calls for an Expanded Coordination Meeting

As part of the serious preparations undertaken by the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul to host the competitive examination for applicants to postgraduate studies, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, Dean of the College, conducted a field visit to the Postgraduate Studies Division on Monday, June 23, 2025, accompanied by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs.

During the visit, the Dean met with the Head of the Postgraduate Studies Division to follow up on the final stages of the application process and review detailed statistics on the number of applicants by each academic program and department. His Excellency directed the preparation of all necessary administrative and logistical requirements to ensure the proper and smooth organization of the competitive examination, scheduled to be held on Monday, June 30.

In this context, the Dean announced an expanded coordination meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. in Hall No. (2). The meeting will include members of the College Council, postgraduate program coordinators in all academic departments, and the Head of the Postgraduate Studies Division, with the aim of aligning efforts and ensuring full readiness.

This step reflects the college’s approach of reinforcing advance planning, precise execution, and teamwork, in order to provide a comprehensive examination environment that meets quality standards and aligns with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s vision for efficient and transparent management of postgraduate programs.
