Visual Digital Marketing… A Study Linking Technology to Customer Insight in a Master’s Thesis at the Department of Marketing Management – College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul On Sunday, July 13, 2025…

The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis entitled:
“The Role of Digital Marketing in Enhancing Customer Insight: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Asiacell Telecommunications Customers in Mosul City”
The discussion was attended by the Associate Deans for Scientific and Administrative Affairs.
The current study, presented by the student Omar Ghazi Faisal from the Department of Marketing Management, aimed to clarify the nature of the correlation and impact relationship between digital marketing (as an independent variable) and customer insight (as a dependent variable), both at the macro and micro levels.
The study concluded with key findings, the most important of which is:
There is a significant correlation between the two variables at both the macro and micro levels.
The defense committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Dhurgham Ali Muslim Al-Ameedi from Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University / Administrative Technical College / Kufa, and included as members Assistant Professor Dr. Mundher Khudhur Yaqoub, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Yousif Fathi Al-Bajari, and supervised and co-examined by Assistant Professor Dr. Layla Jarallah Khalil.
