The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul Continues Field Tours to Monitor Departments and Enhance Administrative Performance
As part of the ongoing approach to develop administrative and academic performance, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, conducted a field visit on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, to the college’s evening shift. He was accompanied by the Associate Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs and the Director of the Administrative Services Division.
This tour came in implementation of the directives of the University of Mosul’s Presidency, headed by Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi. It included all departments and administrative units to ensure the smooth flow of work and to assess the level of commitment of employees and heads of departments to official working hours. The visit revealed full discipline by all staff members, reflecting a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to fulfilling duties.
The Dean emphasized that such visits will continue as part of his administrative program to closely monitor the college’s situation and to listen to the needs and requirements of departments and units. This initiative aims to improve institutional performance and create a more effective administrative and academic work environment.
These efforts align with Goal 16 of the Sustainable Development Goals (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), which emphasizes the importance of building effective, accountable, and transparent institutions at all levels.
