A Master’s Thesis Examines the Impact of Green Value Stream Mapping on Enhancing Organizational Excellence  Department of Industrial Management – College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul

The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul, on Sunday, September 7, 2025, in Discussion Hall No. (2), held the master’s thesis defense of the student Al-Amira Ali Idris from the Department of Industrial Management, titled: “The Impact of Green Value Stream Mapping on Organizational Excellence.”

The study aimed to analyze the impact of applying green value stream mapping on enhancing organizational excellence through an applied study in the General Company for Textile and Leather Industries / Ready-Made Garments Factory in Mosul.

The study relied on a contemporary theoretical model that combined the dimensions of green value stream mapping (planning, implementation, review, correction) with the dimensions of organizational excellence (leadership excellence, employee excellence, cultural excellence, strategic excellence).

The results revealed a clear impact of applying green value stream mapping in achieving higher levels of organizational excellence, thereby enhancing institutional performance and supporting sustainability practices.
