Artificial Intelligence Drives Strategic Recovery in Universities – Master’s Thesis in the Department of Business Administration / College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul”

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Monday (September 8, 2025), in Discussion Hall No. (2), the master’s thesis entitled: “The Role of Artificial Intelligence Applications in Human Resources in Achieving Strategic Recovery: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of Academic Leaders in Public Universities / Duhok Governorate”, submitted by the student Nora Hikmat Rashid.

The study aimed to diagnose the reality of employing artificial intelligence applications in human resource management and to identify their impact in supporting the path of strategic recovery in higher education institutions.

The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which were:

1. The results of describing the variable of artificial intelligence applications in human resources showed that academic leaders in higher education institutions are capable of adopting these applications’ dimensions at good levels.

2. There is a significant positive relationship, at notable levels, between artificial intelligence applications in human resources and strategic recovery in the universities under study.

3. The findings indicated that these applications contribute tangibly to achieving strategic recovery in several public universities within higher education.
