A Master’s Thesis Discusses the Role of Knowledge Management and Smart Workplace Practices in Promoting Green Employee Behavior – Department of Management Information Systems / College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul

The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, in the discussion hall No. (2) a master’s thesis submitted by the student Mohammed Saud Abdulrazzaq Al-Obaidi, entitled: “The Impact of Knowledge Management Processes on Green Employee Behavior through the Mediation of Smart Workplace Practices: A Survey Study in Private Hospitals in the City of Baghdad.”

The study aimed to analyze the impact of knowledge management processes on enhancing green employee behavior, with a particular focus on the mediating role of smart workplace practices in this relationship, within the context of private hospitals in Baghdad.

The findings indicated that knowledge management processes have a positive and direct influence on green employee behavior. Furthermore, the study confirmed the significant mediating role of smart workplace practices in linking knowledge management with green employee behavior.
