A high Diploma Thesis Equivalent to a Master’s Degree Examines the Impact of Administrative Transparency on Enhancing Organizational Development – Department of Business Administration / College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul

The discussion hall No. (1) at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, witnessed on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, the defense of a high diploma thesis (equivalent to a master’s degree) submitted by the student Dalia Hazem Hassan Al-Taie from the Department of Business Administration, entitled: “The Role of Administrative Transparency in Enhancing Organizational Development: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in Nineveh Provincial Council.”
The study aimed to analyze the impact of administrative transparency practices by measuring its indicators represented in: accountability, transparency of internal communication, performance evaluation, availability of information, and clarity of procedures and decisions, and to explore their reflection on the dimensions of organizational development in the Nineveh Provincial Council.
The results revealed that adopting the principles of transparency – such as disclosure of information, accountability, and participation in decision-making – contributes to creating a motivating work environment, increasing employee satisfaction, and improving the efficiency of organizational structures and procedures.
