Training Course at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul on Artificial Intelligence Techniques for Enhancing the Security of Electronic Files and Documents
Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul, the Women’s Affairs Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a specialized training course entitled:
“Artificial Intelligence Techniques for Enhancing the Security of Electronic Files and Documents”, held on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 7–8, 2025, in the Continuing Education Laboratory.
The course lectures were delivered by:
1. Assistant Professor Dr. Amal Sarhan Suleiman
2. Assistant Lecturer Azeal Qusay Saeed
3. Assistant Lecturer Ria Akram Hamdi
The course addressed the latest techniques in employing artificial intelligence to support electronic archiving, through three main themes:
— The role of artificial intelligence in improving electronic archiving.
— The advantages of applying AI in protecting digital documents.
— The challenges and considerations associated with the use of AI in archiving.
The course witnessed active participation from faculty members and administrative staff. It aimed to enhance the efficiency of employees in the field of electronic management and to promote digital security principles in data preservation.
At the conclusion of the course, participants were awarded certificates of participation in recognition of their engagement and active attendance.
