The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, held a discussion for the Master’s thesis titled “Knowledge Management Practices and Their Role in Enhancing High Performance” on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in Discussion Hall No. (2).

The thesis was submitted by the student Hamid Hamad Ahmed from the Department of Industrial Management. The study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management practices on enhancing high performance by analyzing the relationship between the dimensions of the two variables and testing the strength of correlation and influence between them.

The study reached several conclusions, the most prominent of which was the existence of a statistically significant correlation and effect—both overall and partial—of knowledge management practices on enhancing high performance within the industrial work environment.
