Training Course at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul on Green Education to Promote Environmental Sustainability
Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, the Continuing Education Unit organized a specialized training course on Thursday, October 23, 2025, titled:
“Green Education: A Roadmap for Achieving Sustainable Development Goals,” in Hall No. 3407 – Industrial Management Department, starting at 10:30 AM.
The course was presented by a group of academics:
- Assistant Professor Dr. Ragheed Ibrahim Ismail.
- Assistant Professor Dr. Manal Abdul-Jabbar Al-Sammak.
- Assistant Lecturer Bilal Tawfiq Younis.
The course focused on introducing participants to the concept of green education and linking it to the thirteenth Sustainable Development Goal: Climate Action, and worked to empower them to develop environmentally friendly and sustainable educational strategies and practices.
At the conclusion of the course, accredited certificates of participation were awarded to the attendees in appreciation of their engagement and distinguished presence, amidst an atmosphere of constructive dialogue and positive interaction, embodying the spirit of cooperation and the commitment to consolidating a culture of effective professional communication in higher education institutions.
