Electronic Systems and Their Role in Enhancing Human Resources Management – Discussion of a Higher Diploma Thesis in the Department of Industrial Management, College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul

The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the higher diploma thesis titled “The Use of Electronic Systems in Human Resources Management” on Sunday, 16 November 2025, in Discussion Hall No. (2).
The study, submitted by the student Luqman Duraid Fathi Mahmood, aimed to evaluate the capability of electronic systems in human resources management to achieve their intended objectives, particularly enhancing performance efficiency and improving the effectiveness of carrying out administrative tasks.
The study concluded that the implementation of electronic systems significantly contributes to improving operational efficiency by accelerating the completion of transactions, reducing administrative costs, and minimizing reliance on traditional paper-based procedures. This reflects an effective transition toward a more modern and flexible management approach.
The discussion committee consisted of: Asst. Prof. Dr. Omar Ali Ismail – College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul as a chair, Asst. Prof. Dr. Raghid Ibrahim Ismail – College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul as a member and Prof. Dr. Maisar Ibrahim Ahmed – College of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul as a member and supervisor.
