Discussion of a Higher Diploma Thesis in the Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul on the Role of Big Data in Enhancing the Quality of Community Programs

The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul discussed on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 in the Department of Marketing’s discussion hall Higher Diploma thesis titled: “The Role of Big Data in Measuring the Quality of Integrated Community Programs in Humanitarian Organizations.”

The study, submitted by Salma Farouk Ismail, aims to identify the extent to which big data influences the quality of integrated community programs within humanitarian organizations, and to analyze how impactful data can be employed to improve community efficiency and beneficiary services.

The study reached several significant conclusions, the most notable of which was that the value of data is the most influential dimension in enhancing the quality of integrated community programs. It also highlighted that the availability of applicable data with real economic or humanitarian value outweighs the mere possession of large volumes of data without direct benefit.

The examination committee consisted of: Prof. Maisar Ibrahim Ahmed aa a chair, Asst. Prof. Riyadh Jameel Wahab as a member, Dr. Ghanem Mahmoud Ahmed (Lecturer) as a member and Asst. Prof. Ahmed Talal Ahmed as a member and supervisor.
