Higher Diploma Thesis in Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul Confirms the Role of Modern Training in Reducing Human Errors

The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul discussed, on Sunday, 7 December 2025, the higher diploma thesis entitled: “The Role of Modern Training and Development Methods in Reducing Human Errors,” which was held in the hall of the Department of Economics.
The study, submitted by the student Raghda Fawaz Ahmed in the Department of Industrial Management, aimed to highlight the importance of modern training and development methods as an effective strategic tool to reduce human errors, enhance institutional efficiency, and improve the level of performance within organizations.
The study reached several conclusions, most notably the presence of a positive statistically significant correlation between modern training and development methods and the level of human errors, which confirms that adopting these methods directly contributes to reducing human errors and improving the quality of institutional performance.
