Higher Diploma Thesis in the Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul Discusses Measuring the Quality of Specialist Supervisor Performance According to the Kaizen Philosophy

The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul discussed a Higher Diploma thesis entitled “Measuring the Quality of Specialist Supervisor Performance in Light of the Kaizen Philosophy” on Tuesday, 9 December 2025, in the Marketing Department Hall.

The study, submitted by the student Mohammed Hamed Jirjes Khudor in the Department of Industrial Management, aimed to evaluate the quality of performance of the specialist supervisor in the General Directorate of Education of Nineveh in light of the Kaizen philosophy, by diagnosing the level of application of continuous improvement principles in the educational and administrative environment.

The study reached several conclusions, most notably that the axes of the proposed Kaizen model (planning and preparation, implementation and follow-up, continuous improvement, communication and relationships) are applied in the General Directorate of Education of Nineveh, which supports the study’s hypothesis and reflects a positive orientation towards enhancing institutional performance quality.
