College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul / Department of Industrial Management Discusses the Role of Knowledge Capability in Supporting Green Production toward Sustainability

The University of Mosul – College of Administration and Economics – Department of Industrial Management witnessed the discussion of a Higher Diploma thesis entitled: “Analyzing the Relationship between Knowledge Capability and Green Production toward a Sustainable Future,” submitted by the student Hamza Abdullah Hassan Hilal, and held in Discussion Hall No. (2).

In light of increasing environmental challenges, the study aimed to highlight the importance of industrial organizations adopting green production concepts as a fundamental pathway to achieving sustainable development, while emphasizing the role of knowledge capability in supporting this orientation.

Key Findings:

Investing in knowledge-based human capital significantly contributes to improving levels of green production by enhancing employees’ abilities to make well-informed environmental decisions.

Knowledge capability represents a fundamental pillar for integrating environmental considerations into production processes and achieving a balance between economic performance and environmental sustainability.
