The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, Witnesses the Discussion of a Higher Diploma Research on Organizational Readiness and Organizational Failure

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, witnessed on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, the discussion of a Higher Diploma thesis entitled: “The Role of Organizational Readiness in Reducing Organizational Failure: An Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees at the Outskirts of Nineveh Electricity Distribution Branch,”
held in Discussion Hall No. (2).
The research, presented by the student Hatem Abdul Karim Al-Jubouri, focused on diagnosing the level to which the investigated organization possesses the dimensions of organizational readiness, in addition to analyzing the most prominent causes of organizational failure it faces within the context of a service work environment.
The study reached a number of important conclusions, most notably the existence of a statistically significant inverse correlation between the dimensions of organizational readiness and organizational failure, confirming that enhancing organizational readiness plays an effective role in reducing manifestations of failure within service organizations.
