Discussion of the Master Thesis at Business Administration Department

Master Thesis was discussed at the Department of Business Administration – College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul entitled “the contributions of ethical leadership in achieving strategic success: a field study in private colleges in Iraq”
The thesis submitted by the student, “Fadaam Abed Hamad Younis”, aims to explain and clarify the role of successful and ethical leadership in successful strategic planning.
The discussion was held in Prof. Abi Al-Dewa Ji Hall of Accounting Building on Wednesday 22/1/ 2020. The discussion committee consisted of:

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: Companies can improve the quality of their reports and provide a more accurate and comprehensive view of their performance through text analysis techniques, and then ensure that their reports are balanced and readable from many categories, regardless of their academic achievement.
