The Board of Business Department in Administration and Economic Collage discussed a higher diploma research entitled “Reality of Information and Communication Technology Management in Mosul university”
The study, which was presented by “Hussian Ali Awadh” aimed to shade light on the reality of ICT management in Mosul University. To this end, Computer centre at the University was selected as it provides and supports all IT services for all the University faculties. The study presented many conclusions but most importantly is that the reality of ICT management in computer centre at Mosul University is based on hierarchy references, regulations and official directions rather than on international model as it is in many other advanced countries in which ITIL is used.
The panel included the following memebers:

3. Mr. Abdulazeez Tayeb Fathi – member and supervisor.
