Master Thesis in the Department of Economics discusses measuring the impact of economic variables on the volume of government spending of selected countries for the period 1990-2020 with reference to Iraq.

The Department of Economics at the Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul discussed on Sunday, October 16, 2022.the master’s thesis entitled “Measuring the impact of economic variables on the volume of government spending of selected countries for the period 1990-2020 with reference to Iraq”.

Part of discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman. This study, presented by the student “Shahd Mohammed Ali” it seeks to evaluate the behavior of government tunnels in the selected countries with special reference to Iraq and to identify the nature of this spending and its components during the period (1990-2020) in the light of the analysis of the structure of government spending and the study of its development and implications. she presented the various aspects of government expenditures, the mechanisms and rules that govern them and the legislation and regulations that govern them, and one of the objectives of this study is to analyze and show the impact of macroeconomic variables on government spending.
