The Department of Management Information Systems at the Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul discussed on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 the master’s thesis entitled “The Impact of Community of Practice Technology on Open Creativity: A Survey Study in the Health Sector of Nineveh Governorate”.

Part of discussion was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman.The current study presented by the student Abdul Salam Habib Hassan Ali aims to show the relationship between communities of practice and open creativity from a technological perspective, thus working to bridge the gap in the previous literature represented by ignoring the role of advanced technology in supporting open creativity, its main objective is to show the extent to which the technology of communities of practice contributes to the promotion of open creativity processes in the Iraqi health sector.The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul Sattar Al-Hafez, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Bassam Abdul Rahman Yousef and Assistant Professor Dr. Hatem Ali Abdullah, and under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Amer Abdul Razzaq Abdul Mohsen.
