Master Thesis in the Department of Business Administration discusses the role of leadership patterns in reducing career sagging Exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders at the University of Mosul.
The Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Administration and Economics / University of Mosul discussed on Tuesday 8, November 2022 .. the master’s thesis tagged “The role of leadership patterns in reducing job sagging An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of administrative leaders at the University of Mosul”.
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman…The current study submitted by the student “Ahmed Qutaiba Abdullah” in the Department of Business Administration seeks to know the role of leadership styles in reducing career sagging by presenting a contemporary theoretical framework for the most prominent presented by writers and researchers about the two research variables, in addition to an analytical practical framework for the opinions of a selected sample within the research community.The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Ala Hasib Al-Jalili, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Kamal Kazem Taher from Muthanna University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ruwi Ahmed Ibrahim from Tikrit University, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Hassan Al-Jarjari.
