The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Sunday 13 November 2022, the master’s thesis entitled “The Impact of Human Resources Management Practices on Organizational Compliance Testing the Mediating Role of Organizational Immunity: An Analytical Study in the Nineveh Health Department”.
The current study presented by the student “Sobhi Adel Khalil” in the Department of Business Administration aims to highlight the impact of human resources management practices on organizational commitment through the mediating role Organizational immunity on a sample of employees of the Nineveh Health Department, and the research problem is that the health sector in Nineveh Governorate after the events of the liberation of the city faced difficult conditions represented by the destruction of its infrastructure in light of the increasing need for health services, and the lack of financial allocations for it, and this matter naturally generated an inability to meet All needs of patients.The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Yazan Salem Muhammad from the University of Karbala, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Sumaya Abbas Majeed from Al-Mustansiriya University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Al-Aa Abdul Mawjoud Al-Ani, under the supervision and membership of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman.
