A master’s thesis in the Department of Management Information Systems discusses “The Effect of Knowledge Concealment Behavior on Open Creativity among Virtual Teams: A Survey Study in Northern Universities in Iraq.

The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Thursday 17 November 2022 , the master’s thesis tagged “The Effect of Knowledge Concealment Behavior on Open Creativity among Virtual Teams: A Survey Study in Northern Universities in Iraq”.

The current study presented by the student “Ibrahim Najm Abdullah Al-Jubouri” aims to discuss the relationship between the behavior of hiding knowledge and its impact on the processes of open creativity (internal and external) in virtual teams, which have recently spread in public and private sector organizations alike, because of the great possibilities provided by advanced technology in the field of communication, as the study mainly seeks to verify the impact that occurs to open creativity (inward, and outward) as a result of the behavior of concealing knowledge in its three dimensions (stupid play, and evasive hiding, rational hiding) in virtual teams in public universities in Nineveh Governorate.The discussion committee was headed by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Abdullah Mahmoud Abdullah from the University of Tikrit, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Abdel Fattah Al-Shaher, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Amer Abdul Razzaq Abdul Mohsen.قد تكون صورة ‏‏‏‏٤‏ أشخاص‏، و‏‏أشخاص يجلسون‏، و‏أشخاص يقفون‏‏‏ و‏منظر داخلي‏‏قد تكون صورة ‏‏‏شخص واحد‏، و‏جلوس‏‏ و‏تحتوي على النص '‏‎த mr.vikashyada‎‏'‏‏قد تكون صورة ‏‏‏‏٧‏ أشخاص‏، و‏‏أشخاص يقفون‏، و‏أشخاص يجلسون‏‏‏ و‏منظر داخلي‏‏قد تكون صورة ‏‏‏شخص واحد‏، و‏لحية‏‏ و‏وقوف‏‏قد تكون صورة ‏‏٤‏ أشخاص‏قد تكون صورة ‏‏‏٦‏ أشخاص‏ و‏أشخاص يقفون‏‏قد تكون صورة ‏‏‏١٤‏ شخصًا‏ و‏أشخاص يقفون‏‏
