College of Administration and Economics

Due to the distinguished scientific efforts made by Prof. Dr. Thaer Ahmed Saadoun Al-Samman, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, in completing the scientific, administrative and academic work of the Committee of Deans of the Faculties of Administration and Economics at the level of Iraq, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Dr. Salah Hadi Al-Fatlawi, Head of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in turn, the Deanship of the College and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff and its students, Dr. Thaer Al-Samman, wishing him More scientific creativity and knowledge giving.
