The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The customer’s voice is an entrance to enhance marketing excellence / an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers in a number of fast food restaurants in the city of Mosul”
The discussion was honored by the presence of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Qusai Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, and the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study presented by the student “Hossam Fadel Najm Zabah” in the Department of Marketing Management seeks to demonstrate the impact of ‘Customer Voice to enhance marketing excellence through a survey of a sample of workers in fast food restaurants in the city of Mosul’ The study also expanded to provide a theoretical and field framework for the two variables of the study, the independent variable of the customer’s voice and its dimensions represented by (needs, desires, expectations, goals), and the dependent variable Marketing excellence and its dimensions (product quality, customer retention, marketing creativity, capabilities intrinsic ).
The study reached conclusions, most notably: the impact of the customer’s voice on the success of marketing excellence in fast food restaurants surveyed.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Raad Adnan Raouf, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Dergham Ali Muslim from the Middle Euphrates Technical University / Administrative Technology Kufa, and Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Zakir Saleh and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Laila Jarallah Khalil Al-Taie.
