The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Technological Vigilance in Enhancing Individual Creative Performance: A Survey Study at Al-Noor University College”.
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study presented by the student “Saadallah Muhammad Ramadan” aims to: The impact of technological vigilance on individual creative performance, and to highlight the role of technological vigilance in supporting individuals, developing their skills and increasing their knowledge to enhance and distinguish their performance and creativity in accomplishing the work entrusted to them.
A set of conclusions were reached, the most important of which are: The existence of a significant impact of technological vigilance on individual creative performance.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Faisal Alwan Sahi Al-Tai from the University of Karbala, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Huda Abdul Rahim Hussein, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Al-Jarjari under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Hussein.
