The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the tagged master’s thesis “Marketing improvisation is an entrance to enhance the reality of real estate marketing /An exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers in sales centers (MPC Group – Lalav) ”
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

This study, which was presented by the student “Yasser Mohamed Ibrahim” in the Department of Marketing Management, seeks to include a number of questions expressing the problem of the study, which was the basis for building the field side of the study, and based on the title of the study, the main problem of the study is: Is marketing improvisation an input to promote real estate marketing? MPC Group – Lalav and its sales branches were a field for conducting the field side of the study.
The study aimed to find out the extent to which it is possible to enhance real estate marketing by taking advantage of one of the modern entrances in the field of marketing, which is marketing improvisation.
The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which were:
1- Through the results of describing the variables of the study and diagnosing them from the point of view of the respondents, we note the concentration of answers in their positive direction and a high percentage of agreement and different proportions for their dimensions and sub-factors in the organization studied.

2- The results of the impact analysis resulted in a significant impact between marketing improvisation and its great contribution to enhancing the reality of real estate marketing, and this indicates to us the great dependence on the company’s activities to market its real estate on the activities and events of marketing improvisation in recognition of the importance of marketing improvisation in the company.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Hussein Ali Abd Rasoul from the University of Al-Qadisiyah, College of Administration and Economics, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Laila Jarallah Khalil, and Assistant Professor Dr. Munther Khader Yaqoub, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Bashar Zakir Saleh.
