Master’s thesis in the Department of Marketing Management discusses the contribution of after-sales services in maintaining customer relationships An exploratory study of the opinions of some durable goods agents in the city of Mosul Thursday, August 31, 2023 ..

The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The contribution of after-sales services in sustaining customer relations: An exploratory study of the opinions of some durable goods agents in the city of Mosul”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study submitted by the student “Saria Netham Shuker” in the Department of Marketing Management seeks to identify the role of after-sales services in customer relationship management at some agents of durable goods stores in the city of Mosul, in an effort by the researcher to solve the main problem of the study, which is how to enhance customer relationship management among the study sample (some agents of durable goods stores in Mosul).

The study reached conclusions, most notably:there is a significant impact of the variable of after-sales services in customer relationship management, the interest of workers in the surveyed stores in providing after-sales services at a high level will positively and clearly affect their management of the relationship with customers.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Raad Adnan Raouf, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Noor Khalil Ibrahim from the University of Baghdad, and Assistant Professor Dr. Laila Jarallah Khalil, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Zarjis Omair Abbas.
