Master’s thesis in the Department of Business Administration discuss the Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, Master’s thesis tagged “E-marketing and its impact on activating insurance services: an exploratory study in the National Insurance Company”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study presented by the student “Yasser Sabhan Jassem” in the Department of Business Administration seeks to identify the impact of e-marketing in activating insurance services through the answers we obtained from a sample of employees in the National Insurance Company / Baghdad and determine the conceptual framework for e-marketing and sales activation An exploratory study of the opinions of employees in the National Insurance Company / Baghdad.

The study reached conclusions, most notably: There is a positive and statistically significant relationship for e-marketing in the activation of sales, and there is a variation in the strength of the impact of the dimensions of e-marketing in stimulating sales from the point of view of the employees of the company surveyed at the level of statistical significance (a>0.05) according to the value of the standard regression coefficient and was in first place the company’s website and there is a percentage of agreement by 75% on the total paragraphs of the three dimensions of the sales activation variable with an arithmetic mean of 3.95 and a standard deviation of 0.87.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdel Salam Yahya Al-Hamdani and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Zarzis Amir Abbas and Assistant Professor Dr. Abdullah Mahmoud Abdullah from the University of Tikrit, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ismail Hadid.
