The Department of Marketing Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The role of brand management in customer retention / an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees in the Kronji Company _ for soft drinks, juices and water in Kirkuk Governorate”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thair Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.

The current study presented by the student “Yasser Hassan Haidar” in the Department of Marketing Management seeks to determine the role of the brand in customer retention through an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees in the company of Al-Kronji for soft drinks, juices and water in the province of Kirkuk, Iraq.

The study reached conclusions, most notably: the existence of a relationship of association and significant influence between the brand and the elements of customer retention in the company surveyed.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Prof. Dr. Gergis Omair Abbas, and the membership of Assistant Professor Mrs. Buthaina Luqman Ahmed from the Northern Technical University / Administrative Technical College, and Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud Hamed, under the supervision and membership of Prof. Dr. Raad Adnan Raouf.
