The Department of Management Information Systems at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the higher diploma tagged “The impact of electronic management infrastructure on organizational excellence: a survey study in the Mosul Municipality Directorate”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadouon Al-Samman.
The current study… Which was submitted by the student “Moaz Muhammad Ali Muhammad Sabri Al-Watar” in the Department of Management Information Systems to:Identify the impact of the e-management infrastructure in enhancing organizational excellence, as the dimensions of the e-management infrastructure were selected based on the literature and were represented by four dimensions: computer hardware, software and databases, specialized human resources for communications, while the dimensions of organizational excellence were represented by employee excellence, excellence in service delivery. For the purpose of demonstrating the relationships that will be tested in the study, a hypothetical model of the study has been constructed.

The study reached the most important conclusions: There is a significant impact of the e-management infrastructure on organizational excellence, and this is a clear indication that the process of enhancing organizational excellence depends on the role of the dimensions of the e-management infrastructure in the researched organization. The study recommends the need to pay attention to the dimensions of the e-governance infrastructure as important factors in enhancing organizational excellence.

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Bassam Abdul Rahman Al-Youzbaki and the membership of each of the teacher Dr. Muhammad Yunus Muhammad and the membership and supervision of the teacher Dr. Muhammad Asim Muhammad .
