The Departmen of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “The Role of Sustainable Manufacturing Practices in Enhancing Green Quality Management through the Intermediary Role of Employing Green Human Resources: A Field Study in Al-Kronji Group of Companies for Beverages and Juices / Kirkuk”.

The current study  which was submitted by the student “Ahmed Hussein Ali” in the Department of Industrial Management, to highlight the extent of the impact of sustainable manufacturing practices in enhancing green quality management through the mediating role of employing green human resources in the Kronji Company for Soft Drinks and Juices in Kirkuk Governorate, and the research problem crystallized in that the company sample of the study has some problems related to the three study variables, and these problems include the difficulty of obtaining some of the techniques necessary for sustainable manufacturing, as well as the challenges facing the company in terms of collection Between the aspects of sustainability environmentally, socially and economically.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the existence of a positive and significant impact of sustainable manufacturing practices in green quality management through green human resources in the surveyed company, and this confirms the importance of applying these variables in the Iraqi industrial sector in particular.

The discussion committee was headed by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, with the membership of Prof. Dr. Qasim Muhammad Mazloum Al-Anzi from the University of Kufa, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul Sattar Al-Hafez, Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Muhammad Saleh from the Northern Technical University / Administrative Technical College – Mosul, and Assistant Professor Dr. Maysoon Abdullah Ahmed, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hani Mohamed.
