The seminar aimed to shed light on the issue of controlling the quality of the administrative work environment in public organizations that serve the general beneficiaries and workers and provide them with safety and security while they are in them against irregular risks that occur throughout the same organization and the latter is able to control those risks and reduce their results.
Based on the pioneering role played by the administration in all disciplines, the idea of the symposium came to contribute to the Department of Business Administration in providing administrative solutions in order to prepare and reduce the results of these risks, and to develop a system for their prevention in the future, and we also try in the symposium to exchange ideas and enrich administrative proposals in order to reach the requirements of safety and security in organizations towards a higher rank in which the standards of control for the quality of their work environment.
