The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “The Role of Quality Culture in the Development of Educational Administration: An Exploratory Study in the Directorate of Education of Telkaif District”.

The current study presented by the student “Sufyan Saleh Sheikho” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to: Identify the role of quality culture in the development of educational administration: An exploratory study in the Directorate of Education of Telkaif District, and represented the culture of quality in dimensions (values, beliefs, abilities) as an independent variable, while the dimensions of educational administration were identified as (planning, organization, leadership and guidance) as an approved variable.

The study concluded to conclusions, including: There are two correlation and a significant impact between the culture of quality, and educational administration, as it was the strongest positive correlation for the dimensions of quality culture, and the dimensions of educational administration at the overall level between the variables studied.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Alaa Haseeb Al-Jalili, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Muhammad Abdullah, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Essam Latif from Al-Muthanna University, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Safwan Yassin Hassan.
