The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Employing the dimensions of psychological engineering in enhancing the core capabilities of the human resource: an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of workers in the Nineveh Directorate of Education”.
Part of it was attended by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mounir Salem Taha, and the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman.
The current study submitted by the student “Asmaa Noman Amin” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to: Knowing the nature of the correlation and impact relationship between psychological engineering in its dimensions represented by: (sensory awareness, thinking results, behavioral flexibility, familiarity) in the essential capabilities of the human resource in its dimensions represented by: (knowledge, skills, attitudes), representing the field of study at the General Directorate of Education in Nineveh Governorate.
The study concluded to the most important conclusions: the existence of a correlation and moral impact and at the macro and micro levels of psychological engineering in the core capabilities of the human resource.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Nawal Younis Muhammad from the Northern Technical University / Administrative Technical College / Mosul ‘and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Al-Jarjari, and the teacher Dr. Esraa Tariq Hussein, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi.
