The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the Higher Diploma in Quality Management tagged “Adoption of the Gemba Kaizen approach in enhancing job satisfaction / an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of workers in the Directorate of Education of Nineveh”

The current study sought … Which was submitted by the student “Marwa Maan Abdul-Jabbar” in the Department of Industrial Management, to the adoption of an operator of continuous improvement entrances, which is the entrance (Gemba Kaizen), which represents the two continuous texts of the work site in enhancing job satisfaction in the Directorate of Education of Nineveh and the issue of improving the level of performance of the individual in the organization, approaching to a large extent the psychological state of him, the individual’s sense of comfort and safety at work is reflected in his sense of satisfaction in his job and increases productivity significantly, and this leads to consolidation and development The performance of the organization as a whole.

The research reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent of which is the achievement of a statistically significant correlation between the operator of Gombe Kaizen and job satisfaction, and this explains the application of senior management concept Gemba Karen would help to improve the work site and in a way that leads to the individual’s sense of comfort and safety, and this is reflected in enhancing the level of satisfaction he has.
