The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the doctoral thesis tagged “The complementary relationship between the capabilities of the human resource and the tools of self-evaluation of employees and their reflection on the quality of banking service: an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of employees for the branches of Rafidain Bank in Nineveh Governorate”.

Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman and the Scientific Assistant.

The study presented by the student “Zakaria Ali Mahdi” in the Department of Business Administration aimed to determine the role of the capabilities of the human resource (as a main variable) in terms of its dimensions (emotional intelligence, knowledge and skills) and self-evaluation tools for employees (independent variable) in terms of its dimensions (self-esteem and self-esteem, self-efficacy, control, control and emotional stability) in enhancing the quality of banking services (the approved variable) in terms of its dimensions (reliability, response, services, guarantee, ease, ease and tangible), among employees of Rafidain Bank and its branches in Nineveh Governorate.

The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The existence of statistically significant correlations between the capabilities of the human resource and the quality of banking service at the statistically significant level (0.05≤ α) according to the eyes of the employees of Rafidain banks and its branches within our dear province Nineveh.

The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Al-Aa Haseeb Abdul Hadi Al-Jalili, and with the membership of both Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Ismail Abdullah Hadid, Assistant Professor Dr. Nada Ismail Jubouri from the University of Baghdad, Assistant Professor Dr. Zahraa Ahmed Muhammad Tawfiq and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Hussein Hassan, and the membership and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Adel Muhammad Abdullah.
