The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the master’s thesis tagged “Promoting a culture of error management according to the perspective of enlightened leadership: an analytical study of the opinions of a sample of Mosul University teachers”.
Part of it was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Thaeir Ahmed Saadoon Al-Samman, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs.
The aim of the current study submitted by the student “Zahraa Fares Younis”
In the Department of Business Administration to: The role of enlightened leadership in promoting the culture of error management was addressed, as the dimensions of enlightened leadership were: (role model, developer, servant, changer, visionary, caller) and the dimensions of error management culture with: (thinking about error, and communicating about error).
The study concluded that: there is a moral disparity between the scientific colleges and the humanitarian colleges with regard to the adoption of the two study variables, as well as a significant correlation between enlightened leadership and the culture of error management.
The discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Ali Razzaq Giyad from the University of Kufa, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Idris Aboudi, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Thanoun Younis, and under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Raghad Muhammad Yahya.
