The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the higher diploma tagged “The flexibility of human resources and their role in achieving organizational balance: an exploratory study in the General Company for Northern Electricity Distribution”.
The current study… Which was submitted by the student “Maryam Hatem Hamed” in the Department of Business Administration to: Identify the nature of the relationship between the flexibility of human resources and organizational balance, by identifying the dimensions through which human resources can reach a state of flexibility in their performance (flexibility of skills, flexibility of practices, flexibility of behaviors) that can be followed by the individuals surveyed within the researched organization, in order to determine its impact on achieving the state of organizational balance within the researched organization.
The study reached the most important conclusions: the existence of a correlation and impact between the flexibility of human resources and organizational balance in terms of its dimensions, and that the flexibility of skills has achieved the highest percentage in the agreement of the study sample, which included the ability of the study sample to acquire new skills through their development and training and achieve the highest degree of flexibility.
The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Adwaa Kamal Hussein, and the membership of each of the teacher, Dr. Shaima Muhammad Saleh, and the membership and supervision of the teacher, Dr. Saja Nazir Hamid.
