The Department of Business Administration in the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the research of the Higher Diploma in Business Administration entitled “The Impact of Participatory Leadership in Enhancing the Resilience of Human Resources, a Survey Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Faculty Members at the College of Agriculture and Forestry at the University of Mosul”

Part of it was attended by the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs.

The study… presented by the student “Ali Amer Ali Daoud” in the Department of Business Administration aims to: The impact of participatory leadership in enhancing the flexibility of human resources, as it tried to provide a clear vision in the theoretical aspect and clear answers in the practical aspect regarding its variables, especially since the dimensions of the derived variable, participatory leadership, are represented by (participation in decision-making, delegation of authority, human relations, information sharing),

The study concluded with a set of necessary proposals for the field under study, including: Leaders must enhance the culture of trust and open communication, involve employees in decision-making, delegate decision-making authority, encourage cooperation and teamwork, and provide the necessary resources and support.

The discussion committee was chaired by Lecturer Dr. Muhammad Issam Ahmed and included Lecturer Dr. Ihab Fakhri Youssef and Lecturer Dr. Bashar Ghanem Hussein as members and supervisors.
