On Monday, June 29, 2026, AFCAR center received a committee from the Nineveh Governorate to inspect the support extended by the governorate to the center. This support consisted of furnishing and electrical appliances, following the completion of the center’s rehabilitation works, which were also carried out with the governorate’s backing.

  During the visit, the delegation toured the center’s facilities and inspected the new equipment, which aims to provide a suitable working environment for researchers and technical staff. This, in turn, contributes to enhancing the center’s capacity to implement its research programs and advance studies pertaining to dryland and conservation agriculture.

  The administration of the AFCAR Center extends its sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Nineveh Governorate for its assistance in the rehabilitation and development projects, as well as for the ongoing support provided to the center. This support bolsters the sustainability of research work and ensures the optimal utilization of available resources to serve the agricultural sector and the community at large.
